About the Storybook

It was midsummer of 2019 – dry, heavy, and oppressively hot.  While taking shelter in the shady refuge of their own houses, a group of friends began amusing themselves by writing short stories.  They found or created their own prompts, gave themselves half an hour to write, and spun tales of all sorts – sweet, sad, strange, or downright absurd. 

Silent Storm proposed the idea to publish the stories online.  So the friends created this blog, The Enchanted Storybook.  Here you can read their ever-growing collection of tales.  Enjoy journeying through magical bogs and swamps, acquainting yourself with sentient bread, and wiping away tears over sweet little romances.
